Studio Policies

All reservations require a credit card on file upon booking. No charge will be made to the card on file unless the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice prior to the appointment.
For portrait sittings where there are partners -- spouses, significant others, heads of household, etc. -- all must be present for the selection process. Our staff cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
Our work is finished art, and everything that leaves our studio is to our highest standards. We do not specialize in digital files. Our finished work can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks for completion.
